2024 Highlights: My highlight of 2024 was coming 4th in the European Triathlon Championship in Vichy (France) in September. This was supported by lots of local podiums earlier in the season.

Further in 2024, I started triathlon coaching with Adapted Endurance and I am enjoying supporting other athletes to achieve their goals.

2025 Goal: Podium in GBR Age-group triathlon.

Upcoming races for 2025, British Championships in June, European Championships in Istanbul in September and World Championships in Wollongong, Australia in October.

Why do you love cycling?

I love cycling because I love the speed! It matches my whole personality and fast-paced lifestyle. It frees my mind and allows me to socialise with like-minded people.

What do you think of the Liv bikes?

The Liv bikes are specifically designed for females and have features which maximise comfort whilst being light and agile for climbing and racing. My favourite bike is my Langma – it has top end components and technology but fits like a pair of slippers.

2025 goal:

2025 is a key year for me with it being my last year as a junior, therefore i’m going to be aiming high. I am hoping to achieve a podium in a nations cup race, while also hoping to secure a contract with a team for 2026 onwards.

Why do you love cycling:

I love getting to travel around the world racing, getting to meet new people and spending time with my friends. I love being able to go out and meet people for rides, as well as love having structure to my week with my training.

What do you think of Liv bikes:

Liv bikes have always been my favourite, I love how fast and light they feel. They are so good to race on, making cornering so smooth and climbing feel easier. The colours of the frames are always so good to choose from also!
